Confused?

We could not tell if this was supposed to be a restaurant or a bar. The staff was dressed very casual with a sort of sports bar theme. Our server was a nice enough young lady but she looked like she had just crawled out of bed. Her clothes were wrinkled, she had no makeup on and her hair was pulled back in a scraggily ponytail that topped the whole thing off. I ordered the pork chops which were suggested. They came with some sort of sugary sauce that was not mentioned that spoiled what might have otherwise been a decent chop. My wife had a steak that was ordered medium rare but came out on the verge of being well. We pointed this out to our server who simply smiled and said she was sorry but never offered to correct the mistake. The bar was lined up with a group of very young boys screaming at a game that was on the tv. Despite the fact that we were in another room, it was very distracting to listen to. Just like the name 94 / 95 I think this restaurant has a personality conflict with itself.
