Lovely old elm trees abound in the 216-acre Elmwood Park, where winding hiking and biking trails provide the best views from atop shaded hills. Amenities at the park include an 18-hole golf course, two baseball fields, and a swimming pool, as well as large portions of open green spaces for other activities. The park is located on the western side of the city, directly south of the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
